in all Poker Tournament rentals will be as follows:

padded 10 person oval tables with armrests
- Casino
quality tournament poker chips in $25, $100, $500, $1000, and $5000
denominations
- Cash
chips in $1 denomination
- Playing

holders on all tables
- Dealer,
small and big blind buttons
- Plastic
chip holders
- Laptop
computer, projector, projector screen, 2--19” LCD
monitors all running Tournament Director soft wear
- Dealer
and registration training is included with total mileage including mileage
to the event to be less than 80 Miles
- Lockable
cash drawer
- $400.00
Small Tournament Package includes 4 tables or less. Tables figured at 8
players per table for comfort
- Each
additional table is $75.00
- 2ND,
3RD, and 4TH day rentals will be charged at 50% of
the 1ST days charge for each day
- Charity
to supply Help to load and unload Equipment or Pay $100 extra
- Mileage
over 80 miles is $.75 per mile
- The
fee shall not exceed 50% of the gross profit less all expenses (except
license fee) including, but not limited to, worker pay, advertising, food
for workers, location rental, etc… Gross profit is defined as total
revenue minus prizes and chip redemptions.
- If
equipment is damaged during the gaming event, the following charges will
apply:
